I've known Gwen Daniels and her talents for many years now. To me, she
is the consummate performer, chock full of talent , and one of the few artists
I know of that can pull off a "One Woman" show…and do it WELL! To say she is "multi-talented"
would be an understatement. Gwen has a voice that can go anywhere, from a quiet
ballad, a country tune, to a hard rocking screamer….she covers all the bases.
The catalog of music she carries in her head has always amazed me. I've seen her
perform live many, many times…and no two shows are ever alike. I never know exactly
what to expect, but I always enjoy. Technically, Gwen is also a talented musician
and recording artist, on several levels. Her guitar playing is outstanding and
dead on, and the work she puts into her keyboard sequencing in the studio, carries
into her live performances…making her show sound like a full band, when, in fact…it's
ALL Gwen! I've also seen and heard her work in the studio. Gwen is the kind of
professional ANY music artist would WANT to have working by their side. If I could
hand out an award for best all around musical artist, it would have to go to Gwen
Daniels. I've got to say that in the 15 years I've watched Gwen perform, I've
become one of her biggest fans...and predict she'll be going places in her exciting
musical future!
